「The room was clean and well appointed. My only complaint is that someone entered my room to clean while I was out even though I had the do not disturb sign on the door. Super convenient to the arena next door and plenty of food options within walking distance. There is a lot of road construction all around the hotel but it wasn’t too difficult to navigate around. They apparently charge a parking fee that wasn’t disclosed but I wasn’t charged at the end?」

「Missed having breakfast as it didn’t start till after 7 and we had an 8 game Not a gambler so didn’t use the casino side」

「The check in lady was absolutely rude. I had already booked and paid online else I would have went to a different hotel. Bathrooms didn't have a switch for the fan. No microwaves. It was an overnight trip so didn't get to eat at the restaurants. Floor attendants never came up to us.」

「The property is fantastic. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is amazing all for a really great price. The pool is a little bit on the smaller side, but it was just what my kids needed to get out some extra energy. We had a few lights that were inconsistent when we tried to turn them on. We have stayed here several times and that was the first time we’ve ever had an issue with the lighting. Fairfield is by far my favorite hotel.」

「Advertised as included breakfast. IT WAS NOT. Front desk said that’s only on weekends. False advertising. Had to go by the casino to check in and it was nasty smoky. Hotel hallways were also smoky even though it was non smoking area. Amenities were almost non existent. Only one small bar of soap to use in both the wash basin and the shower combined, are you kidding me! It had room coffee, which was good considering there was no breakfast, but the packets for the coffee had a “sugar substitute.”...
