"My stay at The Residence Inn Cleveland Downtown was a terrific experience and it remains one of the best options for anyone looking for a blend of convenience and comfort. Having a full suite of appliances and utensils makes a massive difference for longer stays or for those who simply prefer the convenience of preparing their own meals. The staff here are incredibly professional and efficient. From check-in to check-out, the service was seamless, and the team clearly takes pride in ensuring guests have a smooth experience. Furthermore, you cannot beat the excellent location. Being right in the heart of downtown makes it easy to access local attractions, dining, and entertainment without any hassle. The only slight hiccup during the stay was some minor issues with the hot water in the building. While it was a bit of a nuisance, it felt like a one-time inconvenience rather than a systemic problem, and a few Luke warm showers didn't significantly detract from the overall quality of the visit. "The hotel was pretty clean. Lobby area looks up to date, rooms are not. The beds are not great at all and no comforters just sheets to sleep with. Hot tub was down while we were there so we were very bummed and the pool area has garbage backs hanging on the ceiling which was a little concerning. Typical hotel breakfast but they ran out of waffle batter so we didn't eat much. You get what you pay for so if you are looking for a cheap hotel with no amenities you are good to book here!"
