「The valet whose name is Verdell, was courteous and very helpful . He was my first contact with Ballys and he set the tone for my visit. Rhonda at the reception desk was welcoming . Rush in the bar area was a delight. The room was well-appointed . My overall experience was positive and I’d recommend Bally’s」

「Friendly staff. Excellent fitness room. Multiple weight machines, dumbells upto 100 lbs, smith rack, multiple treadmills, stationary bikes, ellipticals, rower, etc. I was expecting the usual hotel gym consisting of two 10-year old treadmills stuffed in a oversized closet, but there's an actual gym.」
