「Couldn't find the hot tub. Staff was good. Room wasn't special. Shower was to small and shower head wouldn't move far enough to hit correctly. Meatloaf was good at Belle. Old school charm. I stayed at Rm414. 」

The hotel was able to find us a room for the price per night that I reserved the room for. The room was very nice. However the TV was old and the picture was very blurry and we were unable to watch the hockey game in our room we had to watch it in the lounge. We got back to our room in the evening on Valentines Day to find a very cute goodie bag outside our room for our Daughter with snacks, candy, and little toys from the Hotel staff. We really appreciated the kind gesture. The hot tubs work great and sit on the 4th floor with a nice Mtn.view. They sell Starbucks coffee and although it's from a machine the Chai Latte tasted no different than buying it from Starbucks itself. We loved our stay. We will be back!」
