「As expected」

「Hotel was nice overall. Took a long time to check-in bc the people in front of us reserved a room for the wrong night & staff took a long time getting that corrected. Also, our room (#101) was very loud bc there was a side door to the outdoors that was very loud when closed and their were lots of guests coming in & out of that loud door late night & early morning. Sounded like someone was opening & shutting our door all the time. Also hot tub was out of order.」

「I suggested our extended family members plan to stay at the same hotel for the weekend to celebrate an NDSU graduation. I reserved a two bedroom suite as a base camp for everyone. We were very disappointed. Our room was hot and smelly. Previous patrons were not clean or considerate with the space and the hotel also did not clean up well enough after them. I asked staff to come up to the room to see for themselves. They took pictures, hurriedly left, never came back. Our bed comforter had blood...

「Kitchen area in room was nice to have. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash in plenty. Bed comfy. 」

「Dirty dishes with dried food on them in the cupboard. Hair in the bed. Front desk did nothing about it. Front desk wouldn't even print out receipt for the stay.」

「Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. We traveled with our dog, and he felt very welcome. I think he misses them! Everything worked, no complaints, room was fine. Everything was clean.」
