"The valet parking dude was a little disgruntled, but to be fair, he’d just parked my car before I asked for it. This is a fanastic experience and hotel both to boot. 10 out of 10 stars. "

"Very quick trip. Everyone was nice. Beds were comfortable."

"Poor management or communication within hotel. Called 5x regarding missing items and had no phone call back regarding if it was found or not. Had to pay to park in hotel lot, parked and car was broken into overnight. Was told 2 different things from employees. No help was given regarding the theft and no follow up from hotel. They just continued to note that it was not “on them”. Still have not received a phone call regarding issues "

"Didn’t get the room advertised on Expedia. Advertised private bathroom which ended up being a bathroom with a lock on it in a shared space where others could walk around. Food was in the fridge from previous tenant. No heat or ac and neighborhood is loud. Guy outside playing music on a boombox. Don’t recommend "
