「Staff not very responsive to needs! I stayed for 12 days and didn’t get any room service, even after asking multiple times and being promised it would happen. Simple items like an iron was not available in the room and not upon request in reception, even though I could see irons behind the glass door of the reception office!」

「I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Diar Al Khalidiya, especially during Ramadan. From the first day, the WiFi in my room did not work. I reported this 6–7 times, but nothing was done. I was forced to sit in reception for hours just to access the internet, along with other guests facing the same issue. This caused major stress and lack of sleep.
