"So...if you think you are getting a waterfront room, you are most definitely not! The only water you are overlooking is a swamp lol. I actually really like the room itself! It was very cozy. However, how are you going to charge me a hidden charge for cleaning when you specifically say on the pamphlet in the room that we must clean it ourselves??? Now, I am always clean anyways but you add a charge on my room rate for an "optional" charge?? I cleaned my own room so am I getting the money...
