Ok, the good parts. Clean coffee pot. There was a full-size fridge and freezer. The view from the deck to the ocean was pretty good as well. Now the bad - they had base board heat, and we could not get it to turn off so we ended up having to open all the windows, so we did not cook to death on the top floor. The love seat was uncomfortable and stained and the pull-out bed from it was a joke. The pull out was broken at the bottom and they tried to fix it by cris crossing two metal wires and duck taping them to the frame, which did not work. The queen size bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. The oven and stove were filthy. There were no towels or dry rack for the dishes so we ended up using bath towels to dry the dishes. The sliding glass door to the balcony, the seal is broken so all you could see was condensation in between the two panes of glass and a bunch of mold at the bottom. There was no screen on the sliding glass door. There was only one screen to one of the windows in the bedroom, and even that had a hole in it. There were stains all over the carpets and made you to want to wear shoes all the time. The shower head did not work well and the shower insert had mold growing where the two pieces met. Bring an extension cord or you will have to move the microwave from the cupboard to the table with the coffee pot and no room to eat a meal at the table. The pictures of this place are not accurate at all. Broken smoke detector hanging from wires.
