"The room was clean (sheets, towels, bathroom) and the staff was nice. The shuttle was very convenient. Only complaint is the tv didn’t work at all (it turned on, but extremely pixelated)… wanted to watch a hockey match, but no luck."

"We had to make a last minute reservation to stay here overnight in Charlotte after our plane was diverted from Atlanta due to weather. The property is a little bit on the older side, but clean and perfectly comfortable. The best part was how friendly and helpful the staff was, which was so appreciated after a long and stressful trip that led to an unexpected extra night before being about to make it home the next day."

"The people in the next room never slept! I heard them talking and playing music, with the TV very loud as well! Management came at one point banging on their door to get them to keep it quiet. Nothing changed until 4am. I had an early flight with a shittle to catch so I got up to shower, and wouldnt you know it - not a sound from the next room! Paper thin walls! "
