Hotel Review: Suburban Studios near UNC-Charlotte
My experience at Suburban Studios was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, the room was in such poor condition that I spent an hour and 45 minutes cleaning it myself, including leaving the property to buy my own cleaning supplies. I didn’t bother asking for a different room because I doubted it would have been any better.
The lobby also felt unwelcoming. The setup was so exaggerated in its attempt to appear secure that it created an uncomfortable atmosphere instead of a sense of safety.
Overall, the lack of cleanliness, the condition of the lobby, and the general environment made my stay far from acceptable. I won’t be returning and would recommend looking at other options in Charlotte for a cleaner and more professional experience.
