"the mattress is rubbish"

"I believe the front desk agent charged me twice. I showed him that I book the room through the Hotels.com. He said it did not show on his computer. So he charged me $89.00. He also sent me to a dirty room. The room was not cleaned. It was not a good experience. "

"The location was very convenient. The check-in process was smooth -- I received my check-in email a couple hours before my check-in time. I ran into the staff during my stay and they were friendly. My room was clean and it was quiet. The AC could have been better. Overall, it was a good stay."

"This property is sketchy at best. I appreciate the fact that it was budget friendly but you get what you pay for. Do not pay a deposit in cash even if they tell you it's a requirement. My disabled son lost $800 cash 100$ at a time to 3 different employees. Deplorable. Do better Motel 6"

"Our stay was a quick overnight stay while traveling north. Our room was clean and comfortable. The shower was in good with plenty of hot water and a good spray. We did not use our heater or air conditioner. We had enough light weight blanket to stay toasty. I would recommend the Villa Motel as a good place to stay. It met all our needs and the price was great."
