"This inn is as charming as the town and the staffs are all wonderful. Our room was on the second floor with a view of the gorgeous courtyard garden below. Sitting at the front courtyard is a treat as soothing, fragrant aroma from the spa gently drifts into the space. The garden at the back has a waterfall and fireplace; we enjoyed lounging there in the evening with a bottle of wine after a day of exploring. Breakfast was complimentary. Our stay here was the best value for money of all along our California road trip. "

"We ended up having our room at Motel 6 cancelled without notice. Found a room here. Front desk was super helpful. Room was nice and clean. Pool was spotless. We arrived late and were offered a late checkout no problem. Nice place."

"Have been staying at the old side of the Santa Maria Inn a few times now. We love the nostalgic feel from back in the day. Very well preserved. Clean vintage rooms. We had asked for a room with a view of their beautiful garden and were placed in one that didn’t really accommodate that. But upon request we were very politely upgraded to one of their executive suites. That made our experience so much better. We appreciate the staff going above and beyond to meet our needs and requests. As always be polite to the staff and they will reciprocate back. "
