The people who work at Sleep Inn Monticello are amazing: kind, courteous, friendly, efficient, and professional. They are a delight!

Check in was wonderful. Our hostess was very quick and friendly. I think the only complaints would be the hardness of the bed and pillows, and we were in a handicap accessable room, I would have liked a bench seat in the shower. Also the room was a bit small for my wheelchair. The AC only went down to 66, and went on and off. There were plenty of plugs and USB outlets for electronics. The bathroom itself was nice and big. Nice sized refrigerator. Big flat screen TV. However, there was no ice in...

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff.

This is a brand new property and very clean. We had a larger suite with the small pull out sofa. Overall we are a family of five and I always notice the size of a room and this one was on the larger size. If you have younger children they would have room to play on the floor. The breakfast was typical but stocked, clean, and decent. My teens ate without complaints. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We left a piece of jewelry behind, realized it about an hour later and called and...

Room clean provided with coffee maker and microwave.

The hotel is great, close to Shenandoah National Park. Excellent staff and the breakfast was wonderful, veggie omelette and turkey sausage.

The hotel is modern, clean, and convenient, and it's a great value. The staff, especially the General Manager Mr. Abdul Rab, is a gem. **pedia basically screwed up this booking due to website errors during payment ("Oops, something went wrong on our end, please try again"). They ended up booking the hotel five times, all on the wrong dates which had apparently re-loaded from the previous cached page for the booking I had just completed at a different hotel, for the day before this one. What a...

Small comfy space in Charlottesville. Flame, the host, was very welcoming and professional. The room was sufficient for me, queen size bed, with dresser, closet, chair, and bed side table. One thing to keep in mind is the shared bathroom in the morning takes a little planning if you're in a rush to get out.

stayed 6 nights - houskeeping is great - building very quite - rates are great - i will be using this place everytime buisness takes me to Virginia

Very nice Hotel ,well situated with plenty of dining opportunities very close by. My two complaints are the pillows are so small and so soft that they were useless and the bathtub is very slippery. We mentioned about the bathtub at checkout and were told all we had to do was ask and we would have been given a bath mat. So I'm ready to take a shower and now and I'm going to walk downstairs to get a mat for the shower. It should be in the room ready to use.

I and my family loved loved LOVED this resort! So close to everything! The cabin was adorable and my 4 year old and hubby had the best time! It was so nice to be out in the wilderness but also feel so safe! We will definitely be back!

Love this place! It’s close to campus as well as some great food. Don’t miss Pi Napo for pizza. We stayed at the end of a long road trip so we appreciated the washer and dryer.
