"We had a nice large and comfortable suite. The kitchen area needed new counter tops, but the unit was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. What we didn’t like was the $20 fee for checking in 1 hour early. Apparently this is a corporate policy. Don't understand this money grab when the room was ready."
