Surprise 2 Stars Hotels

Brand new hotel in the area and everything was great! Close to nearby shopping centers was a plus.

Very nice property with comfortable bed and an extra blanket in the closet for those people who are always cold. Excellent breakfast in the morning with healthy food options for people watching their calories. The next time I'm in the area, I will stay here again.

Love the location. Stores and resteraunts within walking distance.

Clean room staff was friendly

Great staff. Helpful, courteous, professional. Breakfast was excellent!

Very nice spot and close to downtown if your here to see a concert, 8 minute walk to van buren and 20 to the mortgage center. Bed is a little stiff but all around a great place to stay

Excellent facility, great complimentary breakfast and friendly people. Not sure about Hotels.com's low price guarantee and who it benefits, my hotel receipt for the 1 night stay was $171.27 but Hotel.com charged my credit card $201.50

Great place to stay! Went to a concert at the Desert Diamond Arena and it was so easy to walk there. No need to get Uber or anything. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice building, we were able to get in early since our room was ready. We had a crazy start at 5.30am to get to Ohare to get here, so we were tired. We had to wait for 1hr to get our car from Avis - they said this is normal. Thank You for letting us in early to rest!!

I liked that they had a fitness center, staff was very nice and accommodating. They provide a shuttle, breakfast was different and good and it was clean

Hotel was very clean, staff was very courteous and helpful. Will stay here again.

The breakfast area was very clean & the food options good. Angie, was managing the food area, and prepared perfect oatmeal. Thanks Angie! Would highly recommend

Went to visit my brother and we were looking for the closest place we could find. I read some reviews and was a little bit concerned since this place was close to freeway and a hospital. Well first of it was so quiet never heard any type of noice at all. I slept like a baby and I am a very light sleeper. They offer a complimentary breakfast which was delicious. They had a huge variety you can choose from, plus they extend their hours on the weekend from 7am all the way to Noon!! I was so happy I...

I called early afternoon to see if we could check in early. The woman at the desk put me on hold while she checked. After a few minutes someone from housekeeping picked up and didn't quite understand what I wanted so I told her I'd call back and hung up. I called back about 1/2 hr later and repeated who I was and what I wanted. She snapped at me that if I show up there would be a room available. When we arrived, the woman at the desk barely looked up from her computer and didn't greet us, didn't...
