「The food was great, and the staff was fine. The only issue was that the cleanliness of the room was abysmal; there were socks, toys, and clothes hangers lying around, and the corners of the bathroom were very dirty—full of hair and crumpled papers. The sofas had stains and cookie crumbs on them, and the heavy bedsheet also looked used—as if it hadn't been changed.」

「Shelby was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We had an issue with ants because we had our dog’s food dish with uneaten dogfood in it. Shelby took care of that issue promptly. I only mention this so that others don’t leave any kind of food out. 」

「Place was clean and simple. We were there to go to The Ark, and it was very close and convenient. Staff was nice. Wish coffee & breakfast was a bit better, but overall it’s a good place for a budget. Would stay there again.」
