"The room was dirty, The toilet was dirty, there were cockroaches And even though it was supposed to be non-smoking everybody on the floor was smoking. We had to leave. "

"I was put across the hall with someone who had a noisy dog. There were plenty of empty rooms in the hotel and I really needed a good night sleep. I could have easily been put in a room upstairs where the coming and going and barking of the dog would not have awakened and disturbed me. "
