"The place is older but it’s kept up well, very clean. Breakfast was your basic continental but did have a waffle maker and was fully stocked. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. "

"This hotel was just perfect for my dog and me. The rooms are very large and comfortable. I wish the shower had better water pressure and bigger towels. The building needs some renovations, but everything was very clean with plenty of nice decorations (some still had price tags!) Plenty of room for walking dogs outside, but some areas are loaded with "goat head" thorns, so be careful. I really appreciate the kitchenette in the room, and breakfasts were great! So much fresh fruit and the burritos were wonderful! There are a lot of extra amenities like a well stocked library, toys for kids, fruit infused ice water in the lobby, etc. The staff was very friendly, pleasant and always helpful. The rooms are not very sound proofed; we had a party across the hall and a couple who wasn't looking for a restful night in the room next door, but the hotel can't be faulted for that. We will definitely stay here again."

"Staff was super friendly and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and things to do in town. Hotel looked older on the outside than I imagined but not a deal breaker as everything was clean and well maintained. Would stay here again if in Roswell."
