"It’s very convenient as it is located in the heart of the city. Staff are very friendly and welcoming."

"The booking never occurred due to lack of access. No access was provided after waiting several hours. Alternative accommodation was unavailable due to being a holiday weekend, so I drove for several hours during the night to go home. Worst ever booking experience."

"Brilliant location. V clean apartment with everything you would need. Smooth communication key collection etc. Comfortable stay for 4 days. Loved the terrace for outside evenings."

"The room was small but ok. The only big issue was the bracket for the shower head was broken which made it very hard to shower"

"Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc. Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment. Only one access key provided. Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff. Overall a lovely place."
