"I really enjoyed the people at Sitzmark; everyone was eager to help out with anything I needed. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Sitzmark is located within walking distance of most everything you would need in and amongst Red River. I enjoyed the short walk to T-Bucks for Biscuits and Gravy, Shotgun Willie's BBQ Burrito Smothered in green chili sauce, the grocery store for that thing I forgot or to go grab a Pint at the Brewery. "We loved the condo condition and comfort. We loved the area where it sits. It has an amazing courtyard, grill area, hot tub, game room, ice and washroom. The zip line and fishing pond were located right next to Auslander. It was a remote location yet so close to everything. We love it!"
