「There was drywall in the pool from the hole in the ceiling, there was hair all around the bathroom, stains on the mattress, holes in the walls, and I had to clean the surfaces. The staff was great, the space was nice, it was just neglected old doesn’t have to mean dirty. 」

「The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it.
However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids.
