"The super-friendly staff went way out of their way to make sure I knew how to get into my room, as I was arriving very late. Large property with many different accomodations options. I stayed in the historic Hotel, a beautifully furnished old lodge building with a big stone fireplace radiating warmth and flickering firelight. The hotel room itself was simple (who actually needs a tv or refrigerator?), but charming, perfectly clean, well-maintained, and cozy warm. (The photos of the room online don't do it justice!) Parking is right next to the Hotel buliding--very convenient!"

"This place is a total win—straight-up 10/10. Rooms are super clean, feel really nice, and the price is honestly a steal. Location is perfect, everything’s close by. Staff are genuinely kind and on top of things. We had a tiny issue with our first room and they moved us to a better one in like five minutes, no drama. The little kitchen is so cute and actually well-thought-out—makes staying here feel way more comfortable than your average hotel. Loved it. Would stay again in a heartbeat."

"The room itself was in good condition, and we stayed for two nights. However, after the first night, the staff did not clean the room, make the bed, replace the towels, or restock the water and coffee. We returned late in the evening and had to go down to the reception at 9 p.m. to report all of this."

"DO NOT BOOK. Home was in terrible condition broken window, dirty sofa, non working fireplace, broken garbage disposal, terrible stench. The property manager “Shelby” lied about fixing issues throughout the stay. He finally agreed to refund a portion of the total stay however that came with terms. I could not write an honest review. I would have to complete a great review and then receive the refund. For this guest an honest review warning future travelers was more valuable. The fireplace was never fixed. The window remained covered with a towel held up with a broom. The stench never went away despite opening windows and burning candles. The time spent going back and forth with no resolve,, absolutely terrible!"

"Great staff, clean and cute cabin. When raining or when snow falls from the surrounding trees, it can make a lot of noise on the roof which can disturb one’s sleep. "
