"Absolutely gorgeous place! My friends and I enjoyed every minute of our experience. When outside, you're in a spectacular location on the river. When inside, it feels more like a high-end hotel rather than a motel. When you're comfy in bed, the only reminder that you're in a forest is the soothing sound of the river. The staff are great people! We shared a bonfire in the evening and enjoyed conversations! "

"This hotel was such a great find! It’s very family friendly, and so conveniently located! We were there in March for a snowshoeing trip. What first attracted us to it was the fact that it is dog friendly! And I mean, dog friendly! Right inside the door was gear for the dog plus a biscuit! We had the king suite which was wonderful. The bed was comfy and the room had so many thoughtful extras: a flashlight, a power strip, picnic ware, and plenty of fluffy white towels! We’ve already booked...

"I really liked my seven-day stay. Six nights were quiet, but numerous guests talked loudly in the hallway well past midnight on Saturday night. Breakfasts were great, food-wise. But on Saturday and Sunday morning, there were no free tables, and I ate on a wet bench outside. "
