「The staff was very nice at this hotel. Problem with the door keys almost immediately, people hanging out in the lobby and outside, having a room directly across from the elevator and guest laundry room made for a very loud overnight stay. The toilet ran all night and overflowed in the early morning without any use.」

「We booked the room for 2 nights, the staff there was not very professional, they didn't even represent the brand, Quality Inn.
After our first night there in the much dated room, we had to walk outside to the main lobby to have breakfast. When we got to the doors to go out, there was a man there with his dog urinating there by the door. I took a photo of the man and the dog and told the front desk, they didn't seem shocked by this and said, "yeah, we know who this is, we will have to...

「The room was very clean and spacious. It was an over all good experience. The only thing I noticed was the wall around the water and deck needed cleaned. The room itself and the lobby and hallways all looked very clean. 」
