「The hotel was undergoing renovation. Our room had been done already and the bed was nice and comfortable. There was no breakfast at this on but plenty to eat nearby. The hotel is situated in the middle of a shopping plaza. 」

「I made this reservation for my daughter after we spent the day moving out of and cleaning her apartment. She was exhausted and wanted to rest before driving home. There was some sort of beeping noise in her room. She could not determine what it was, called front desk, guy came to room, said he didn’t hear anything and did not have another room to move her to and left. Interestingly, there were more rooms to reserve on Expedia for the night- maybe not the exact setup, but no offer was made. 」

「I can tell the property was recently renovated. It looks very nice, but there were a few things that bothered me. We only stayed one night so it wasn’t that big of a deal. Firstly, our bathroom door did not close. It was missing the striker plate. Several of our power receptacles did not work. It was a challenge finding a place to charge our phones. 「The property was pretty clean but the inside needs maintanence. Doors don’t close, not enough pots and pans, dirty curtains, loose legs on the kitchen table, fire place didn’t work, broken light bulbs, the outside wasn’t bad except that the road desperately needs to be replaced. The potholes are huge!! Staff was nice but the sign said to check in on the other side and the door was padlocked shut. It wasn’t easy to know what that meant. They should have said a more direct location. I had to call...

「The cabin was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we needed and wanted. The games and pool table were a hit with the kids along with the hot tub. We had one minor issue with the hot water when we arrived but it was fixes as soon as we called. Maintenance showed up and found the issue with the breaker and fixed it right away. If we could change anything it would be that the cabin had central air. But honestly it wasn’t that bad and we would definitely like to plan another stay! 」
