「Pool was closed but room clean friendly staff」

「The parking lot was nice and big, no problems getting into and leaving the property. I tried to check the tub drain and it came out of the tub drain mechanism. But I didn’t want a bath so I didn’t worry about it, and left the piece in the tub area. The WiFi worked well with no connection problems. My wife said the coffee at the front desk was very good. She absolutely needs her coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Megan at the front desk was very welcoming; she looked up my name and found out I had a rewards number, which I had completely forgotten I had, and she said that as members we could do an early check in; she looked for a room that was ready and gave me a card with the rewards number for me to have it for future uses. 「Check in was super easy, rooms were clean. Lobby and hallways also clean. No sketchy people wandering around, no smoke smells.」

「Room was very adequate for the price of the hotel. Bed was quite comfortable (mattress not too firm). I was put in a handicap assessable room, and it was not convenient for me to use the shower since I’m not handicapped (water pressure was low and water got all over the bathroom floor). I was one of the last people for breakfast, but from what I could see and taste, the breakfast was not very good. But it was included in the price.」

「We didn’t have enough towels or linens in our room so we needed to call to receive them. They were helpful and fast to get us what we needed. Nice pet friendly venue. Didn’t clarify the $7 per night parking fee when we checked in which was surprising to see for a hotel in Morgantown. Good room size, and kitchen was stocked with necessary items. Liked the full fridge. Couldn’t locate an ice machine on our floor - not clearly marked.」

「Breakfast 24/7 free bottled water and fresh cookies on arrival. Clean well maintained pool, easy to find ice machines, clean everything! Morgan, front desk man was excellent. Jewel of an employee you got there in him. All staff pleasant and cheerful! Room spacious, quiet and very clean. Wonderful over all stay. A+++」

「Huge holes in the ceiling, buckets full of water sitting everywhere. No pool or hot tub as advertised. Road to the facility has huge potholes. Very outdated rooms and furniture. Only 1 elevator and 1 luggage cart. Had to carry everything up three flights of stairs or walk what seemed like a mile. At one time, it was probably a nice place, really needs upgrades. Wouldn’t recommend it in its current condition.」

「There is no microwave anywhere, the ice machine was broken. The breakfast was just pastries and biscuits and gravy. No way to heat anything. If you need anything refrigerated like medicine no were to do that.」

「The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, the room smelled like wet dog and everything in the room was covered with dust. Also, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so you can't see in the mirror after showering.」
