「The view is what appealed to me about this particular hotel and it met my expectations! Also, this was the quietest hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were very spacious. It was also the biggest shower that I have ever seen in a hotel room. 」

「I ended up with a handicapped room, which was ok. The shower was a little small, but the real problem was it had 3-5 inches of water in the tub when I arrived. Just not what you want to do when you rent a room! The staff was there, that's about all you could say about them. Gave me a key. No expression, smile, nothing. Not a friendly location for sure. The breakfast was ok. Food stations were clean.」

「The price was high considering the lobby is undergoing renovations and is inaccessible except for going outside the building in cold weather to get back inside. Add to that my room key did not work which required a second trip around the building with my luggage to get a new key(s). 」

「Toilet did not work , the room was definitely not a non smoking room . When I told front desk about issues the women working barely acknowledged me . Have stayed in hotel 5 times in last year and this was terrible, will not be going back 」

「The woman at check in acted like I was bothering her. The room smelled terrible. Nothing “soundproof” about the room… The first morning we were woken up to vacuuming in the hallway. The room above us was so loud, i swear they were doing calisthenics. Would not recommend. 」
