「We live in Morgantown, but I booked a room here for a fun girls' night with my sister and my pre-teen daughter. We specifically chose this hotel because it has an indoor pool so she could swim before we settled in for movies. Unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. The pool was visibly dirty, with clumps of hair floating in the water and algae on the windows. Our room also didn't feel clean. 「The parking lot was nice and big, no problems getting into and leaving the property. I tried to check the tub drain and it came out of the tub drain mechanism. But I didn’t want a bath so I didn’t worry about it, and left the piece in the tub area. The WiFi worked well with no connection problems. My wife said the coffee at the front desk was very good. She absolutely needs her coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.」

「We stayed as we were driving through on a long roadtrip. It was perfect for us with our small kids. They even provided a rollaway bed for our youngest. The staff were friendly, property felt safe, and breakfast was nice. The options provided for breakfast were perfect for grabbing and taking on the go so we could get back on the road (breakfast sandwiches, yogurts, etc.). Would stay again!」

「Huge holes in the ceiling, buckets full of water sitting everywhere. No pool or hot tub as advertised. Road to the facility has huge potholes. Very outdated rooms and furniture. Only 1 elevator and 1 luggage cart. Had to carry everything up three flights of stairs or walk what seemed like a mile. At one time, it was probably a nice place, really needs upgrades. Wouldn’t recommend it in its current condition.」

「The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, the room smelled like wet dog and everything in the room was covered with dust. Also, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so you can't see in the mirror after showering.」

「Good location for WVU baseball games. That being said… Room was not clean. There was a contact lens In the sink. Washcloth was brown. Shampoo bottle was used. The halls absolutely reeked of marijuana. Wasn’t easy to get out of the hotel due to traffic.」
