good location quite

Close to many restaurants and stores

It was a bare bones facility, which is all we needed, clean and convenient to folks we were visiting, with a great cafe across the street. Staff was very friendly and check-in was easy. An extra blanket would have been nice, as opposed to having to turn up the heat, but we were plenty warm in the cool and rainy weather.

Rooms are clean, and great deal with breakfast and parking included . Recommend for any traveling to Santa Clara

Beds are not comfortable and way too low.

Great experience and perfect walking location to Caltrain station and downtown dining in Mountain View. Very accommodating staff, clean rooms (I’m very fussy about this) and a large variety for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!

Our son's wedding was on the West Coast and his entire family lives on the East Coast. This hotel was perfect for our family. It was centrally located from airport and wedding festivities. The free breakfast buffet was just enough to fill all ages. The pool was a great place to hang out at before and after every wedding celebration. (Rehearsal dinner and wedding ceremony). The rooms were comfortable and very clean. They all had microwaves and refrigerators. The house keeping staff was...

Yes, for the price it was excellent & I would recommend it if you're in the area on a visit it's not a bad choice.

Great customer service

Good nice and clean really relaxing i would go back

Very clean property, there was a small issue with a leak outside the bathtub along the wall, but the front desk was not aware of it, the front desk was very grateful we reported it.The front desk people were so sweet. Just an FYI there is no elevator it’s a 2 story multiple buildings hotel. We called ahead of time and requested a 1st floor room. Smaller room good for a couple and shorter stay. Not a resort or staycation hotel. Would definitely stay again.

My first time here I am very pleased with this convenient access to SJSU for my classes and events. Though there was cheaper motels much further away I was very happy to be able to park and the kind staff even allowed me to park earlier and stay later than my Stay at the in the room the saving me hassle of having to re-park on campus The room was very clean, quite safe though there was no coffee tea set up inside the room, but the next-door has “Academic” coffee house. And many restaurants...

Very easy to get to and able to walk to dining places. Clean and spacious room.

I have family in the bay area and I do business there often so I'm always looking for a clean room, in a safe area, and also a good value. This Holiday Inn got a big thumbs up from my family and I. The rooms were very nice, clean and updated. Every amenity was provided. The beds were comfy and very quiet, even tho the hotel is located on El Camino. This is my new favorite place to stay and we will definitely be back. We were in a rush so we didn't partake in the breakfast the next...

I come to Santa Clara to visit family every three months and I always stay here because it’s so comfortable and convenient
