「No pool!
We chose this hotel instead of others mainly because they had pool. However, the pool was not open yet in wait for inspection. This was not announced at the website. Our kids were very disappointed.
The staff lacked enthusiasm and were unwelcoming. The room had a weird smell.
The only upside was that we had breakfast outside with a nice view of the marina.」

「I reserved a room that was supposed to have a couch as well. While the room was acceptable looking, it was small and only had a chair wedged between the wall and the queen sized bed and no couch. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and with my bad back I could hardly walk the next day, and when I spoke with the staff, I learned there were no other rooms for me to move.
