「The entire hotel was under construction. First room they put us in was a nightmare. No power in room, phone fell apart, mold on lamp shades. The next room they put us in had no tv but they did fix it after a few hours. Keys didn’t work several times through out our stay. Would never go there again. 」

「When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. As a result, the expression on the front desk was very unhappy. At the beginning, it said that our rooms were full. After thinking about it, She still changed the room, but I changed to a room with a poor environment and close to the ice machine. So I want to give this hotel a bad review」

「Breakfast selection was adequate at best. VERY basic.
Room was clean, just wish the a/c unit was better placed. Window seat over the unit made it extreme difficult to operate (there was no wall unit to make adjustments) and there was minimal room between the unit and the bed. Would have been nice to have had coffee for the room also.
Check in evening staff, the young lady was very nice. 」
