"We called to confirm the reservation. They said it was fine. When I was doing the check in they had already rented my room. "

The place looked more like it was a converted studio apartment living and our door did not provide any privacy as there was space all around the frame. The manager happen to stay across the way from us so that was a bit weird. On our second night the power went out and we had no running water. We were not notified of...
