The staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel’s condition wasn’t what we expected and the parking lot was ill lit so we decided to stay elsewhere. However, we were appreciative of how the staff refunded most of our stay.

Dirty floor lamps, chipped and extremely worn doors, mirrors, chairs in room. The exterior door, card controlled, opened without card use. Window in the room opened (1st floor) and did not lock, screws (loose and wobbly) kept the window from opening wider than a few inches. Check in was quick and staff was pleasant.
