"After entering the room, the refrigerator wasn't plugged in. In addition, while conducting a cleaning audit with a black light, defects in standard work in cleaned sheets was noticeable. Along with the cleaning audit, the customer service experience was excellent from check in to departure. In closing, the stay was acceptable for a one night stay and the location in Sun Prairie Wisconsin with a average driving time to such places like Marcus Theater and Monks Bar and Grill is a seven to 10...
