「I've given this place several great reviews in the past. However, I had the worst experience recently, so many things were wrong it's too long of story. The toilet started leaking right at checkout causing a flood in the room below, I had already booked an additional day earlier that morning, as I was speaking with front desk, she accused me of breaking the toilet, told me I had to pay 50 bucks for it, would also have to wait til 3pm to check into a different room. 「Property was clean from the outside and the inside but the real nightmare was in the room they gave us. They gave us a room where the floors weren’t mopped, had dog poop stains on the floor and smelled like dog piss the entire time we stayed there at room 317.
