Staff was very courteous. Stepped into room and killed 3 cockroaches. Toilet seat needed tightening on to the base, but when I told front desk employee she either forgot to tell maintenance or they chose not to fix it. Same problem with soap and shampoo dispenser so had nothing to wash with. Towels were tissuepaper thin

It was an unstressful stay and the staff were awesome and didnt bug even once.I passed out every night with no worries.I felt like I was at home where I make the rules I could throw a party if I wanted to and I wouldnt be bothered I could invite the whole town and no complaint would be made

Floor full of different types of hair. Dirty surfaces, Shower head held on using tape, missing tap handles, worst of all - lack of any fresh air. Stayed in a none smoking room ( and floor) and it was constantly inundated with tobacco and weed smoke, nearly impossible to get rid off. As someone, non fussy, looking for just a bed normally, this was truly awful.
