"Great location, right on the river and only a few minutes away from Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Every room has a private balcony with a view of the river. We had some very minor issues with our room at first, but management was quick to put us in another room and fix the problem. It was also no problem at all when we needed to add another night to our stay. They don't have breakfast but there are plenty of dining options nearby, many within walking distance. This place definitely has no frills and could use some updating, but it's very quiet, convenient, it's in a beautiful location, and the staff are wonderful. We will most likely be staying here again."
