The cleanliness of the facility and the experience of your stay is still dependant on who and how many people are staying. "Great for solo travellers. The locker can fit a carry on but the staff can also hold luggage at the front if it doesn’t fit. This is my second time staying here and it’s very convenient to walk to the station to commute around."

"The room is small I was barely able to fit luggage but for the price and location it was perfect. Also you do have a private bathroom which is a plus when looking for hotel in Japan"

"Very family friendly hotel! Staff was very friendly! Hotel is right at the pick up and drop off for the bus to and from Tokyo Disneyland ! Very convenient! 2 minute walk to a Lawsons. Only issue was one dryer out of 2 was working and gave the clothing a mold/mildew smell. Even after drying for an hour and a half, clothing still not fully dry. Other than that, would stay there again! "

"Hotel Comfact was the perfect place to stay for our trip. The location was nice, and close to train stations. We enjoyed the breakfast. The room was clean and new towels were offered daily. It was a great place to stay, it felt safe, clean, and welcoming."
