「Very impressed with the remodel. The room was immaculate. Complimentary Breakfast Buffet had lots of choices and was delicious. Staff was very helpful. Love being able to safely park and walk to events at the Tacoma Dome.」

「Amber, at the Reception Desk was so nice and helpful. She told me where close restaurants were and that was just what I needed after a long drive.
My room had been upgraded to a king suite with a walk-in shower and that was spectacular!!! I didn't eat breakfast there because I preferred to sleep late.
The bed was so comfy!!! I slept soundly each night. No noise to be heard.
The only thing I didnt like was there was no Diet Dr. Pepper in the cold case. Coke products, which I drank, but not my...

「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again.
