The unit is off the main street just enough where it is quiet. I used Expedia to book this unit. All communications afterwards came through a third party email travelstation or guesty. "Wonderful place located in a great spot."

"This hotel lied about their rooms online and in person. They did a classic bait and switch leaving me with no place to stay when in Miami Beach. I reserved a room with 2 beds and was given a room with one. Did not receive what I paid for. Hotel is old and smelly. Overpriced and mismanaged. "

"I was there for the art week festivities, and the building was perfectly located a few blocks from Scope. The room was clean, provided a nice view, and I loved having a fully functioning kitchen to use. I'll be returning there next year for sure."
