"Nice price: thirty to fifty percent less than other motels in Ithaca, NY, last night. Room was clean, warm (very warm, which was very important because outside temperature was near zero) and dry. Desk clerk was a very pleasant, attractive, well-mannered Asian woman. "

The door hardware was very loose and I’m sure the room I was in could be broken into very easily. The tv didn’t work properly. The parking area was in dire need of repair. There was no included breakfast"

"The room wasn’t very clean, dust on top of the Hair dryer and I found a used hand towel hanging on the shower curtain. It made me think that the cleaning was very basic. The cable TV also didn’t work. Location is convenient."
