"The room was clean and updated. There was a slight hiccup due to my late arrival, however Tami straightened it all out. If there was a 4.5 star, I would use it."

"The cabin was in a quiet area, very relaxing, easy walk to the river on private property. The owners left a free bottle of wine and it was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans, seasonings, and a barbecue. there was a nice area for the dog to be able to run around and play in. They had movies available books and games, indoor and outdoor."

"This hotel is a real piece of history and is decorated and furnished accordingly, so don't expect king sized modern beds and air conditioning. However, if , like me, you appreciate people taking the effort to give you an unforgettable experience of how things used to be, this is the place. The town itself is a lovely reminder of what the Gold Country was like in the late 1800s with lots of old buildings along a main street. The hotel sits in the middle of the town and looks just like it must...

"Conor was amazingly helpful despite our late arrival (nearly 1am) and the service was fantastic. Truly a great little hotel in a relaxing little town, also very close to what seems like a hundred vineyards. "
