"Staff was courteous & professional. The room on the other-hand was something else. Found hair, not my own, around the bathroom sink & in the shower. As I was leaving, noticed the housekeeping crew sitting in one of the rooms w/ the door open, sitting on the couch playing on their phones and watching TV - not impressed. The fact that the facility management are NOT doing spot checks on the cleaning staff seems problematic. On a purely aesthetic point of view - the surrounding grounds of the facility are littered with a lot of garbage, apparently not an issue with management. "

"The first room was full of roaches. We took a second room because it was late on a Saturday. This location is basically a flop rouse for monthly's"

"Cleaning staff was amazing , kept rooms clean everyday. But the long term guests were super loud the ceilings were thin i could hear the secodn floor guest walking really heavy ALL night long and slamming doors in and out all night long. Frint desk sees and hears it and doesnt do anything about it. Overall good housekeepingn "
