「Check-in lady was efficient and courteous. However, she left at 7 pm for the night. Call the office phone # if needs arise. No one in office at check out. Room was clean, coordinated decorations, quality linens, towels, comforter plus spare comforter. Room was small. Price okay. Breakfast minimal choices. 「The front desk lady (I think she might have been the owner) went above and beyond. I accidently booked the wrong night and showed up a day early. She kindly changed the reservation and gave us a room for the current night rather than the next night which I'd booked. 「It's an older place but for the value it was exceptional. I loved the location...500 yards from eruption brewing and 1000 yards from the hot springs entrance so park it and forget it. I will definitely stay again if I'm in lava」
