"Lovely staff and very friendly and helpful, they helped us get new towels new pillows sheets and we are extending out stay here, affordable right in the middle of town, easy to get to everywhere in Cape Town. They staff put our WiFi on and turned our fans on gave us the room at the end with the fridge and we loved having the fridge in our room to keep our drinks cold and snacks. Loved it here and we would come back.. thank you very much ❤️❤️"

"Room was spotless and comfortable. Easy to access and reception staff are super helpfull and friendly Room has everything you need to make small meals but the area have amazing restaurants as well. We felt safe to walk around the area during the day and we walked back after midnight and was just making sure to keep looking around and walk fast. There are beggers in the area and you have to get your head around that as it is a global problem. "

"My experience at this hotel was a far cry from what was advertised. Upon check-in, I was surprised to find additional charges, including nightly parking fees despite ample parking space available onsite, as well as a R250 per person damages deposit, which I declined to pay, leading them to take my driver's license as collateral. The floors, made of black polished concrete, were a constant source of frustration as stepping out of the shower inevitably resulted in blackened feet. I must commend...

"We recently stayed for two nights at One Hundred on M, part of Fluent Living, and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived for check-in to opening the door of our serviced apartment, everything was seamless and professionally handled. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from Bongani and his team, who made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. A special thank you to Wonga for his outstanding attention to detail and genuine hospitality.
