firstly communication was not clear because when I get the guesthouse the person who was assisting me told me that I'm supposed to be in Strand but the direction that I got was for Somerset. I was so confused but assisted me because there was a room that was free in that site. very thing is perfect very apartment is very nit and clean.

It was advertised with parking being available. The was no secure parking at the property and the area was clearly unsafe not allowing a vehicle to parked in the street without significant risk.

The room was okay, the bed was dirty the floors not great either. The fridge stunk !! I booked a room, upon arrival i was informed my bed was already sold to someone else and was forced to pay an additional fee for an upgrade as that was all that was available. Was told it's that or cancel the booking even though the email stated no refunds !! I had roaches running around and felt stuff crawling on me. Never again !! R550 paid for a terrible night of little sleep and i could not even eat or drink anything before washing dishes first. Never again

This is a room in a shared house with dodge people. Shame on hotels. Com for allowing this kind of place to be on their site! Women WILL NOT FEEL SAFE HERE! & the address is incorrect & will take you to a sketchy neighborhood, even though this neighborhood is also sketchy! DO NOT BOOK

It was terrible the window was broken. The room was not clean there was an empty of alcohol. When we called we were answered terribly, poor communication.

It was very disappointing the photos on the site is not the same as it looks in real life, the toilet and bathroom is outside and the blinds fell off the window, there is no storing place to pack away your stuff everything has to stand on the floor. We left immediately after we saw there was cockroaches running. Don't go there you'll be left disappointed.

Not good at all

The wifi did not work, we couldn't watch TV, the place had no soap or even enough towels or a toilet brush. There was no clothing iron and the curtains was hanging untidy. The shower cap was broken and the water was cold.

Do not stay there.

This place is totally messed up. On arrival they told us that the room we booked was not available and they can only offer us a room of much lower standard. Not very bright receptionist, some remote manager not responding to phone calls and none existing owner. If piece of mind is your priority don't stay there.
