"Rooms in Indianapolis were too expensive, so we stayed in Cloverdale. We were apprehensive as heck, but the reviews for this place were really good, so we took a chance. All of those great reviews were TRUE! We never stay in places with exterior doors bc they’re usually gross and don’t feel safe. This is a hotel with exterior entry doors, but it’s really nice! The rooms were SUPER clean, like, SPOTLESS! Never heard of Cloverdale, but if you need an inexpensive room a 30min drive to downtown Indy, grab this place. You will not be sorry!"

"DO NOT stay at this place. Horrible conditions worse than a stable. The bathroom door had no lock and the door would not shut. The shower was extremely bad and dirty. The smell in the room was awful. Avoid at all cost. "

"The room was not cleaned from the last guest. They made the bed with the same sheets from what it looked like to us. We left and went down the street to get a clean room and breakfast was included. Do yourself a favor and don’t even consider staying here. Unless you want to find hair in the bed, dog food on the floor and whatever they drank spilled on the counter surface. Who knows when the last time the floor was cleaned."

"The room was dirty, sheets were nasty, we had to sleep in one bed, and beg for towels to take a shower. The bath tub, was extremely dirty, used soaps still in the shower on the day of my arrival. We were told the housekeeper clean the room for extended guest on the second day room was never clean and sheets remained dirty. The shower water was cold, my stay was horrible. Oh not to mention we was given one face towel for two people. I never experienced anything like this. The health department should close this place down it is unsanitary. I will never stay there again. This is the second bad experience l had with using hotels with Hotels.Com"
