"All was very well, location convenient to everything. Western University within 2 minutes. Resturant next door great food. Average room for overnight stay. Parking good. General Manager was attenitive to all your request."

"This may be the worst hotel stay I've ever stayed at. I got there and the attendant had a call a very rude individual apparently owned it who wanted to see me via video call interrogated me about wanting to check in at 11:00 instead of 2:00 and saying they would have to charge me. I went into the hotel room there was a broken screen by the window there was hair in the bathroom in the showers wallpaper was coming off. There was a smell. This place should be torn down. They said they include breakfast there was no breakfast... I feel like I should get my money back it was horrible. There were light bulbs missing from the serious relatable should be I would take this hotel off of hotels.com it's horrible. If you can get my money back that would be great if you can't that's fine too."
