"Good - It was cheap, clean towels. Overall, was what expected for the price. Bad - room was "non-smoking" but had ashtray and about midnight cigarette smoke was rolling under the adjoining doorway from the office...had to get up and pile bath towels around base of door to try and minimize the stank. Desperately need new pillows - would be better with a bath towel!"

We are different than most organizations thanks to the original passion and dream of our founder, Erie Sauder who was a visionary leader. Erie established Sauder Village in 1976, not just to preserve the “things” from history, but more importantly to share the “stories” of every day people of the past.
