"We booked this hotel because it was 5 minutes away from the wedding we were attending. We showed up at the site around 945pm only to find out that the hotel is not open. The front door was unlocked and we went in to find construction workers present and completely surprised to see us!! Thankfully we were only about an hour away from home and had not had too many drinks at the wedding. This could have been a nightmare."

"The place is a dump, lots of regulars living there. They didn’t have my Orbitz reservation, so clearly their system is a mess and unreliable. I wouldn’t chance trying to stay here, you may not get a room."

"My in-laws booked a room months in advance due to my father in-law needing a handicap room. We were called and said the people in the room extended their stay and now no handicap room was available. My in-laws needed a room like that. We were very upset. We did not like that it was an extended stay and no breakfast or other things like that. It was easy to get to from HWY and was in a good safe area. "
